Things I am doing right now:
Basically, three things take up almost all my time.
- UPSC Mentorship (Stoics)
One of the things that gives me meaning, and has lead to positivity in my life, in the last 2 years is starting Stoics as a community and mentorship programme to help people clear the UPSC Civil Services.
The inspiration stemmed from my own journey of going to the highest level of the ‘toughest exam of the country’.
In 2023, when I scored 200 in the Interview of UPSC CSE. (Which was equal to the Rank 1 of that year)
It propelled me to give back to the community in a more personalised, empathetic manner which is something vastly missing in the coaching industry at the moment.
This has led to 100+ students joining my community, and mentoring 20+ students to the interview, some of them already in the Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), CAPF Rank 1.
The students in this mentorship have come from all walks of life, some of them have recently graduated from college, while some have studied from some of the most esteemed universities of India like IIT Delhi, IIT BHU, IISc Bengaluru and worked for companies like McKinsey, KPMG, Uber Luxembourg etc. In fact, some have fancied this space so much that they are studying alongside their peers, and under my guidance while pursuing their courses abroad.
2. Anjaneya AI / Brahmand AI / Avishkar AI
In 2024, I joined hands with my long term friend Shivang to start work on an AI based company. While Shivang was taking care of tech, I was the one responsible for handling growth, business cycle and outreach.
Thanks to our work in the last 2 years, we have been fortunate to work with clients like Amazon, India1 ATMs (servicing 40,000+ ATMs in India), Grassroots, Manipal Hospitals, XpressBees, Delhivery and many more.
Currently I head revenue growth at Anjaneya AI (Brand name – Avishkar AI)
3. Perfume and Skincare Brand
I started and manage a perfume brand called Atelyer & Ashforde (atelyerashforde.com) where we sell curated fragrances, with 40% oil concentration for extreme longevity and projection.
